True North's Hangout takes place every Friday from 12pm - 3pm at our teen center in Naturita. We have expanded into the downstairs space at the West End Economic Development Corporation for a more comfortable space. We have furniture and couches, dozens of board games, a tea and snacks station, a clothing 'store' where students can shop for free, computers for students to use, high speed internet, and lots lamps for a calm atmosphere. There is also a large table for puzzles, art supplies, craft projects and more.

Students can recreate, relax, create and use the space as they see fit! We have made delicious meals in the commercial kitchen upstairs, celebrated the Lunar New Year, played live music, created art and had some great conversations. The Hangout is open to all teens who would like to attend and transportation can be arranged.
